I have some designs like to do marketing to interior designer, architect, should I make flyer? or get the email list? Where to get it? How to approach them? show my art in magazine?

Interior designers use established galleries for placing paintings, prints, etc. The gallery gives them a small discount.
Galleries offer the designers a lot of choices so it makes sense to use that as their resources and become familiar with what the gallery has that would work for a particular client.

The previous answer is right. Interior designers won’t generally work directly with an artist. You need to get into galleries and get your name out there that way.
