I replied asking about the female bulldog or yorkie and how much he was asking for.

he replied:

entertained for hours. She really had her own distinct
personality.Loving and very affectionate personalities are standard
with other animals. She is very affectionate and like to give kisses
all the time. This Female pup presently weighs about 3.1 lb .live here
in Kansas city, Kansas (USA) with the baby .Am going to ship to you

if you know that you are not going to take very good care of my baby,
do not reply me because i am not giving because of bad condition or
anything i am only giving this puppy out because we don’t have time to
take care of the puppy again due to my work here. She is priceless

airport so that we proceed with the adoption process and also find out

I then asked him to help ease my doubt that this may be a scam or that the puppy wasnt healthy or registered because he was giving her away for free….

He replied:
Thank you for the mail back and your sincerity, really known how you
are feeling about this whole thing, and thats very wrong, if you are
thinking that I just wanted to take your money for nothing. When I
known how people worked and earn their money, I will never think of
taking some advantages over you and your money, please take that out
of your mind, that is really awful thing on the earth that I will
never think about doing. Please understand me better, I was not trying
to lure you into this, everything about me and my puppy are 100% real
ok, i will like you to know one thing i have the fear of God and i
such much believe in his words and i wouldn’t do such a thing when i
have blood running through my vain. And i want you to be more believe
that this transaction for real and good proof Thanks.

I am a very trusting person and beleive he is just wanting the puppy to go to a good home. What do you think? Is this a bad idea? What should I ask him? what can I do to ensure the puppy is ok?

It’s a SCAM and you should’nt of replied. They get you off the yahoo site as I have been getting strange e-mails also after being on YA.They also get you off of websites such as Craigslist.org.Do not reply again to them as they will ask for you to get a cashiers check from your bank and they will pay you back with transfer funds and you will never see a dime. They are from other countries not the U.S.

This is a SCAM! There is NO puppy!

Puppies cannot be shipped same day delivery..

The only way to ship is either by air, which costs at least $300, plus cost of crate and health certificate,.. most airlines will not ship animals during certain times of the year because of weather.

Ground transports are not same day unless the drive is within a days’ worth of driving.. ground transports cost 2-3 times what it costs to ship by air.

Think about it.. if this person really had all these puppies for free, expecially a Yorkie puppy, he’d have no problem finding somone locally to take the pup. Yorkies cost at least $1,000.. one ad in the paper and he’d have dozens of calls from local people wanting the puppy!

I bet if you continued to talk to the guy, the story would be changed that he cant take care of the puppy because he’s somewhere in Africa (cambodia, nigeria, etc) doing ministry work, and you have to send the money to ship thru western union, or somehow deposit it in his bank acct.. ussually the price they claim to ship the puppy is around $150 or so.

It sounds like a scam, and he will keep bugging you, asking when you will send money so he can ship.ect.
iF YOU STILL FIEEL LIKE IT ISN’T A SCAM, TELL HIM YOU HAVE FAMILY/OR FRIEND IN kANSAS, AND SAY THEY ARE WILLING TO PICK UP THE PUPPY, THEN DRIVE IT DOWN TO MEET YOU SOMEwhere halfway. he will mre than likely not respond to you ever again.

sorry about the capslock, my computer is acting up again.

  7. Kit_kat Says:

    Run and Run quickly
this is definately a scam .
Tell him you know a truck driver that will be in the area on a specific day next week and he will stop and pick the pups up so it wouldn’t have to be shipped
He will either refuse or more likely stop emailing you.
    Either way it’s a scam
also if he does make plans check with teh flight and get his full name, address and phone number bet if you check he won’t be found.
