PR reps are all great with people. We both work for a marketing dept. and have casually hung out outside of work with a few other people at bars on his invite to meet up. Few little emails and teasing jokes….is he friendly or interested?
If he was interested, I think he would probably have let you know bluntly by now. Unless there are strict rules at your job about dating coworkers that are interfering, I think he may just be friendly.
