I have a number of tenants-in-common (TIC) investment properties in my inventory at http://nnn1031.blogspot.com which I’d like to market to 1031 real estate investors. What would be the way to go about contacting them? Trade publications? Email lists? etc? Thanks
What is the best way to market properties to 1031 investors?

List them with a real estate agent. Like me.

You know what’s funny… I don’t know any brokers that service the TIC market. Generally, I’ve seen them post syndication by the sponsor/developer.
It’s such a niche that the market has been more single tenant oriented, brokerage wise, at least..
It’s funny, you are on my list of TIC people to send an email to regarding the site.
I’ve created a site as resource center for 1031 exchange real estate focusing on the NNN TIC market. , listing your property creating a profile is free.
I’m just about done, and plan to release after July 4th. (I promise, I’ve just been cranking on some behind the scenes stuff, and trying to make the site prettier).
My attitude towards listings is to have a cross between a commercial listing form and a realtor. com type listing(which tells you just enough to have you get in touch with someone.)
I was a former single tenant guy, so I know what I need there… but wonder if the same listing form that I have is applicable for TIC’s (believe it is).
I have a good handle on what’s out there, and haven’t seen any service for TIC listings, or that is adequate for the 1031 market.
Please let me know that the listing form is up to your needs.
