I was just wondering if anyone knew if it was LEGAL to sell free email accounts.
I did a search for PS3’s and come accross a guy on eBay selling a Yahoo email account. This bid is under $5 so far, but it raises the question if it’s even LEAGAL to do this.
His screen name (eBay) is ‘delicategifts’ and in his description, he says that the winning bidder is to recieve the password to the account. He/she is putting some sort of marketing spin on it, making it sound like a goldmine to those who are trying to market PS3’s early.

Yahoo emails are free. There is no need to go to ebay and buy one from someone else! It would really be stupid because the person who created it would be able to get into the account even when the person changes the password because that person who sold it will still have the answer to the secret question. Which can’t be changed.
