Well, the reason i cannot pay is - I have incorporated my company in Asia and I need employees in USA to help me. I can employ with a fixed salary but I cant manage them from an offsite location.
The profit share ofcourse would be more than they would have asked for.
I need someone with lots of free time and excellent communication skills for presentations and email correspondence with my clients.
No cold calling or those chain marketing s–t. (well please pretend this is a G8 summit and ignore my 4 lettered word.)
A management graduate with atleast 4 hours to spare in a day.

Lay out the compensation / profit sharing plan to the person. An educated person (which is what you need by the sound of things) will be smart enough to understand. You have to sell the individual on the concept just as if you are selling to an investor.
