The calendar would email me the user input results as well. Currently my sales reps email me to see if a date is available for them to send a email marketing message, if it is i email back and so on. I would like the sales rep to be able to view the calender online and pick a date and a have a request sent to me.
I need a calender to post online so my sales reps. can book eBlast dates. Must email date request to me also?

Google has a great free calendar online. I use it for my scheduling (I do a lot of traveling for events march-november) so that people know where and when I will be around the state of California. It’s been very useful and it is VERY simple to use.

Maybe check out google calender or another service like that.
Unless you need it incorperated into a website.
