hi , recently v launched a product in the niche market without any advertisement. we succeded in launching in nearly 3 districts. we tried hard and succeded in launching . eventhough we launched the product , we are unable to improve the sales of our product.so everytime we are entering to improve the sales , it is not happening fast as that of branded products.
can u please suggest me,
a) how to improve the sales of the existing product now and further to continue without any break?
b) any innovative way to launch a product further with low/nil investment?
