Attract traffic, registering to become a member or making a purchase?

Aug 11

99% of the emails I receive with images imbedded in them are either stock-market scams or stupid jokes I’ve already seen.

I would like to make my email client (Outlook 2000) delete or move to another folder any incoming email messages that contain an imbedded image.

I haven’t seen any of the filters available that would do this. Does anyone know how?
To clarify:

These are unsolicited emails - I can’t unsubscribe to them.

I am interested in blocking emails that contain imbedded images.

Thanks.

Please note this offer is only available in UK. Thanks

This is a genuine offer to get yourself a completely free, new Playstation 3 console delivered once it has been released. The offer has been accredited by the BBC and many people have got their consoles through this and similar schemes.

How it works:

Marketing companies value having their services viewed; these referral schemes generate traffic to the company’s websites, of which a percentage will purchase their product. This means that by signing up to this website and getting a small number of other people to do the same, at least 11 people view websites, of which perhaps 1 person goes ahead to buy their service, or keep a free trial going, and thus generates money. This is why the companies can afford to give away free consoles to you, even if you dont purchase a thing!

The link below is to a website showing people who have got their items:
http://www.exceem.co.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=12

What to do:

1. Click this link http://sonyps3giveaway.co.uk/index.php?referral=404220

2. Sign up to the website and complete one offer ( I highly recommend the Screen Select/LoveFilm trial, as it is a completely free 30 day trial with no obligations. Simply register, put in all your details, choose 10 movies, sit back and wait a few days until the giveaway site gives you credit and cancel the trial, no need to pay a thing!)

3. Refer just 13 people to do the same (other sites ask for 22 referrals, honestly just check on Ebay). You can ask your friends, or make adverts on ebay like I am doing, and the referrals should rack up fairly quickly

4. wait for your free console to arrive once it is released. Just think others will be forking out £500-£600 for this. Maybe even more, you know how competitive these consoles can be when they are first released.

I have already received 2 X Box 360s using this offer. It is so simple. Go for it!!!!!!!

I am presently studying in the university and every student here is given an email account. There was once I saw and decided to sign up for a free email from an ISP. During the signup, I was told I needed to give my email address to them to sign up for their free email. I duly complied with their request and gave them my university email.

It didn’t happen immediately, but before long, I started to receive spam in my university email. I know I have never provided my email to anyone else, execept to this ISP.

May I know is our email address sellable? Are there people, including ISPs, who are willing to sell their collection of emails to spammers? Is there a black market for this?

This may sound like a no brainer, but in fact it is very hard. I have signed up for a free email account. I will not mention where. I have not sent any mail from it, and I have not entered this address into any online forms at all, other than to blogger, and I opted out of anything they might even think of sending me.

I know that people use crawling programs known as harvesters to gather data from websites, especially email addresses, so that they can spam them.

I need to know where a good prospect to set this email address so that a harvester bot will take it and email me. If it were the olden days I would have just picked a hotmail address and waited (automatic directory listing). Regular website users will have no worries. It will be very plain to the human visitors to the website that they should not email me, or not see the address at all. I am specifically after bot action. But kind of like real sharks, I need to know where they swim. Once on finds me, the blood will attract more. But getting that first nibble is rough.

My goal is to get spam rolling in, without using this email for anything other than this purpose.

If you **** spam, then help me rack my brain. If I can get the spam flowing in, it will change the Internet forever, as each one that hits me, will be taken off the market.

I never thought it would be this hard, but I want to avoid simple web browsers from emailing me, so I have made it very clear visually not to send me mail. But not one mail yet.

Thanks.

I don’t want GoDaddy because one of their resellers hijacked one of my domain names and held it for ransom. I need a domain registrar who will let me mask forward my domain name to my web host and will include some free email capability. I’d like to use Yahoo again but those Yahoos won’t let me change the email account on my domain. Totally user un-friendly. No wonder they’re losing market price.
